REGINA v Q.T. [PROVINCIAL COURT, CALGARY]
Q was charged with multiple counts of unlawful confinement, assault and uttering threats contrary to sections 279, 266, and 264 of the Criminal Code. The allegations arose with respect to an attempted robbery of three people, all of whom knew each other.
